I’m honestly disappointed. I decided to check out Barnyard after hearing positive things from others in the community, but my experience was far from impressive. When I entered the store, I walked around for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The owner, Laura, who eventually helped me was knowledgeable and pleasant, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed my impression of the store. The cashier rang up an item incorrectly. When I politely mentioned that the shelf price was different, she abruptly walked away to ask another employee about it. While they were checking, she told me, “This happens all the time,” which honestly raised even more concern. In the end, I was correct about the price. What really stood out was the attitude throughout the interaction. When the transaction was finished and I said “thank you,” the only response I got was “mhm.” Yes, this may sound minor to some people, but customer service matters — especially in a small local business where people are specifically choosing to shop local. I've Never Been to an Establishment That Has Decided Freight Over the Customer. The Young Claimed That the Gentlemen Could Not Help at the Time Because They're Putting Up Freight. Ill Definitely Put the Video Experience on My Blog and Social Media.....

I really enjoy coming here when our chickens need straw/hay. They have saved the day when I needed items for our chickens. The owner is so helpful everytime I have questions and always has a product available that meets my needs. We have purchased 10 female chicks previously and they are all thriving! Cannot wait until March to go get some more chicky biddies! Thank y'all for awesome service and always chatting chicken with me.

Very nice staff they were very helpful love this place and I left out with a few new baby turkeys 😊 Great place
